Chinese Long Boxing

In form, this is the simplest of the White Cloud systems and is generally used to introduce students into the world of Martial Arts. Long Boxing (or Chang Chuan) consists of four basic blocks and numerous strikes utilising various parts of the body.

The training is physically demanding and will develop the strength and conditioning the student will need for the road ahead.

​

Due to it's physical nature, Chinese Boxing at White Cloud is also an excellent way to boost fitness and stay in shape.

The H Pattern

The first form you will learn at White Cloud is called "The H Pattern". 

It can be seen here with the downwards block but can be practiced with any block and also adapted to include kicks and multiple strikes.
